Good day! We've had unreliable speed with our connection for a while now (wired and on wifi), but for the past week we've noticed frequent drops in connectivity from the router to all devices, regardless if it's wired or not, and sporadic hard resets on the device itself. We've been working from home so this happens on video calls and at pretty inconvenient times. Thankfully the router can't get Covid-19 but it is kind of a larger problem now that usual.

Hi. It seems like writing about the problem made it worse. We're now with no internet at all and have been like this for quite a while.

the modem is online at the moment and the signal is good. I can't see any issues. Does it work now?
