Internet doesn't work. Need support in English

Hi 

How do I get support in English for internet not working? Is there a phone number to call? 

The light for connection keeps flashing. I have tried resetting several times.

the major cable glitch has been fixed for a few days. Is everything working again for you? If not, please send us a message via WhatsApp, Facebook or Twitter. Then we can take a look at your modem values and if necessary create a technician ticket.
