Hello,
The internet connection in my house breaks 2 to 3times a day from last 2weeks. After the internet connection breaks, I need to restart my router(unplug power supply, wait for 10seconds and then connect power supply) - then the connection becomes normal. This is happening from last 2weeks everyday atleast 2times.
My plan : Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable

which device do you have from us? In which federal state do you live exactly? Is only the WiFi connection affected or also the Ethernet connection?

Federal State : Koblenz, Rhineland-Pfalz
Both WiFi and ethernet connection are affected.

the signal looks good so far but there are some timeouts. Did you already replace the coaxial cable? Does the connection via ethernet cable get lost as well? Are both Wifi networks affected? What happens exactly, do the devices loose their connection and can't be connected with the router unless you make a reset?

I have not replaced any cable.
The connection is lost in both wifi and ethernet. Devices connected to internet(laptop, mobiles, TV) indicate that internet is not available("Connected but no internet"). But the router has the internet lamp ON(indicating internet is present even though in reality internet is not present). I need to remove the power supply to router, wait 10s and then reconnect the power supply(basically I am restarting the router)). After few seconds the devices get reconnected and the internet is back. This happens 2-3times a day.

Hallo Arun2,
a different coaxial cable and a reset to the delivery condition might help. If the problems persist, please send some examples when the ethernet connection drops, so we can check the line again.
