Dear Customer Service Team,
I have a DSL connection with 1000 MBPS (first 12 months and then at reduced speed) and my customer number is XXX.
I am not satisfied with the speed of the internet and I didnt get full or 80% speed of the internet either with LAN or WIFI.

I have told that if connect to LAN I will get 80% of the speed.
Please increase my speed or give me a discount on the tariff, I pay for the internet.

Hello Internet_Speed,
did you test at different times of the day and were the results similar to the two you sent? If the speed is only slow at certain times, which are they? I would also like to check your access. For that I will need your full address, the customer number and the date of birth. Send everything via private message and leave a short reply here in this thread.
