HI,
Sorry I only speak English. I have gigabit cable internet with what seem to be the standard box Vodafone Docsis 3.1 (Firmware version: 01.02.068.10.EURO.SIP). The internet is very unstable. Usually I have to restart at least once a day.
It affects all devices (phones, laptops and work computers). Typically it says it still has an internet connection at full strength but nothing will connect. The only solution is to restart the box. Other times video calls, games etc just freeze for a few seconds and then continues. I have had this for months now and it has been livable but because my girlfriend now moves in we need it properly fixed as she teaches online and it is unusable for her.
I kept a small log of dates in June and also screenshots of the docsis pages but gave up because it is to hard to deal with people over the phone with this. Here is a small list:

Can someone please fix this properly? My old 50mb and then 200mb connection on unity media was always solid.
