I use Vodafone cable internet services under the tariff: Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable.
Since the last engineer changed the data/tv transmitter embedded on the wall last month. My internet has been unstable. I lose connection from time to time and then it reconnects again.
Can you help fix this quickly. I am taking an online course and this is affecting my classes.

Hi Support,
I am have issues with my home internet and Vodafone TV connection. The last time you sent an Engineer to my house he changed the multimedia wall outlet with an old one I had before.
The problem is back again. I need help, I am working from home today, problem started yesterday.
Can you please send an Engineer to my home?

Thank you. We found out the problem affected everyone in the flat so the Vodafone Engineer called by my neighbour resolved the issue.
Issue is now solved.
