Hello. To start an apology: I am learning German but it is not good enough for me to describe the issue here.
Multiple times today my internet has gone offline for minutes at a time. It starts with an internet freeze, then the Wireless Network and Wired Network goes offline, and then the Router Reboots. All the while, the internet icon flashes red.
It seems my router is shutting down and starting again multiple times.
The support line states that my connection is normal and that there are no issues, but my experiences so far show otherwise. What should I do?
