I am trying to set up a new 500 Cable service but the internet LED keeps flashing red with no connection. I have tried the standard restarting, unplugging, and resetting processes. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this? I have already private messaged @Tobias with my customer number and personal information. If a technician is required I am able to stay home tomorrow and friday from work.
