Important: DSL Connection not working

Hi, I have DSL connection at my home in Nuremberg.  Its not working like its working for 1 hours and then go offline for another hour.
My german is really bad and i am doing home office. From last 2 days its kind of nightmare for me.

Tried customer care but didn't went well. Please help if someone can.
Its really urgent.

I am using FritzBox 7590. earlier i had no issues while using this. But from last 3 days its just killing me.

I again tried to reachout to custome care but it wasn~t helpful

I will have a look into this.

Please send me a priate message with your name, customer number and mobile phone number.

Please tlel me which LED on your modem is flashing in which colour.

Also please switch your modem off for at least 3 minutes and turn it on again.
