I do not have Kabelbox connection since 2th of March 2019. When I check it on Vodafone it is saying "All services are in failure and we are working on it" But it has been 4-5 days and still I dont have connection.

Do you have a new contract with us? Or have you already had a connection?
Is there a light on the router?
