I did not have internet for three months.

why did you got no internet for three months? What was the problem? Where did you get that information about that refund?

I did not have internet because a fire destroyed the cable in my building.

Hey,
you received that refund already, also, you have already received the credit, currently you even have a balance... did you have a look at the customer portal, or on the invoice from the last month?
