FritzBox 6490 Cable Problem

Hello,

My FRITZ!Box 6490 Cable router stopped working today. The power adapter is connected to the router but the Power/Cable LED is off anyways.

Would it be possible to request a technician to take a look and possibly repair/replace the device?
