Extremely slow upload speed / Cable 100 - [English]

Hi,

I've been experiencing extremely slow upload speed recently. The download is very fast, almost all speed test apps show download speed between 80 to 100mbits/s. However, the upload speed floats between 1 to 2mbits/s. When I'm really lucky I get 3mbits/s but it just loads for a few seconds.

I, unfortunately, do not speak German, so it's really hard to interact with support.

I had a similar issue in the past, it was a problem in my region that got fixed after contacting you, folks (the address now is different though)

Hi Martin,

It never reaches 10mbit/s (upload). The speed gets slightly better during the evening or very early in the morning. Luckily at the moment, the Vodafone speed test says 7Mbit/s.

please make a speedtest via ethernet connection and send the result with a time stamp. We can check the line with that example.

I have the same issue
4 out of 50Mbit/s via cable directly connected to new FRITZ!Box 6591 from first day of connecting
However router itself conncted to Vodafone network on a good speed ↓ 1150 Mbit/s↑ 56,7 Mbit/s
