Extremely Low Downloads Speeds Around 18-23 PM

Hello,

We've experiencing extremely slow connection speeds <1Mbit in Berlin (Hohenzollerndamm) for 2-3 months between 18.00-23.00 probably due to rush hour. I've tried everything I can from my end, but no luck.

I am on 50 mbits cable plan.

Is it possible for you to take a look?

You have opened a thread in our DSL board but you mentioned that you are using a 50 Mbit/s cable plan.

Please tell us, which tariff and modem you are using, so I can move your thread into the correct board.
