Hi,
I got my internet router a few days ago and I have no internet. I tried calling the customer service but I do not speak german (just yet) and they could not help me.
Is there a number I call for English support?
Thanks in advance,
Pablo

I'm sorry to tell you that there is no special customer service hotline for English speaking customers...
Maybe you can write a little more details about your connection, e.g. what kind of connection it is (DSL / Cable) and what device you got/you are using and what the status lights are doing...
The Mods around here will then have a look and might help you in making an appointment with a technician if needed, but this can take some time...
The faster version would be to ask some collegues/neighbours that speak German to call the hotline...

Having the same issue here.
I tried to talk to the Cs but there was no way to convince them to find anybody speaking English.
From what I saw the posts are being answered every few days - so my solution will be walk-in to Vodafone shop and ask them to make the call to the technician and request help...
( btw I had a technician come to my house some time ago and his English was pretty good)
Good luck for all of us

Hi Pablo,
I'd like to check your connection. Send me your customer data (name, address, customer number) in a private message and then let me know here when you have submitted the data.
Regards
Wallace
