[English] Internet drops off multiple times per MINUTE.

Hi. I'm sorry I am not asking in German 😞
My Internet drops off the connection every few seconds. It started out of nowhere yesterday and nothing seems to work. I reseted my router, even set everything to the factory setting checked all cables and if there are any know issues in my area. Unfortunately hotline is only automatic voice machine and I'm unable to reach out to anybody. I have no idea what happened and how to solve it. I need Internet to work. Does anyone have any idea how to solve that problem? Please help.
