Thanks for the reply. Could you please let me know where do we stand at the moment in solving this issue.
I have no internet since last friday and I am having a hard time with Vodafone since the time I have taken the connection. I feel like, Its testing my patience.
One issue doesn't get solved and the next one pops up. And, the response is very slow.
