Connect Box - frequent internet outage

Hi Team,

I have a very strange problem, My internet doesnt work(lights on & connected in WIFI)everyday for 2 to 3 hrs until then it works properly. Informed technical team but no solution yet.

Hallo Nishanth,

The whole could possibly indicate a connection problem. Have you ever examined your cables, whether they are firmly in the junction box?

Are they alright or is the pin in the middle of the plug maybe bent?
