Can't activate Smartcard

Hello,

I just received my HD-Recorder (my router only arrives next tuesday with the technician). I set up the HD-Record (skipped the internet connection) and I still have a lot of channels locked. I see a Warning 10, asking me to go do vodafone.de/meinkabel to activate the Smartcard. However whenever I try to it I get an error message.

Do you have any idea?

Depending on which TV package you ordered, you will receive this hint on some channels. What package do you exactly ordered?
