Hello Vodafone Support / Community,
I am writing to get some assistance in English (my German is very limited at the moment) as I have not had any luck on the phone support. I have moved into a new apartment and have the cable 200 plan with Vodafone. I received my starter package three weeks ago, which consisted of my Compal ch7466ce cable modem . Unfortunately I still do not have a working Internet connection as the "@" light on the modem keeps flashing . I have contacted Vodafone support by phone, but after an hour of waiting for the phone and trying to explain my situation, I was hung up on.
Could I please get some assistance with this issue by one of the English speaking moderators on this forum please? I can provide any further information you may need.

Hello BV,
did you installed the cablerouter like the guide it says and have you another cable socket to try this?
How long have you connected the cablerouter to the socket?

Hello Jens,
The cable was installed the same way as in the starter brochure. I only have another cable socket which doesn’t work either. The cable router has been connected since receiving the starter pack around 3-4weeks ago. You can understand why it is getting a little frustrating now since I am paying for something that is not working.
I have created another thread (with the same name as this one) by mistake which Fred is helping me with. He has asked me for my details in a private message and I am still waiting on a response. The ticket number is ***.
Could you or Fred please organise for a technician to come out to my apartment on Friday @ 16:00 to have this problem resolved once and for all? Many thanks and I hope to hear back from someone soon.
