Hello,
Just moved to Germany and signed up for Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable. The sales person rang me straight away when signing the contract and spoke in English too. Said that if the cable does not work, they'll cancel the contract or look into other options.
I was very happy with this as I've been a vodafone user in Australia and the service was excellent.
Sadly, I got my modem delivered and I've watched all the videos and no luck. Now I can't get anyone from Technical support to even talk to me. Tried it thrice this morning and they basically hang up when they realise I only speak English.
Does anyone know how I can cancel this contract and return the device as this has been a frustrating experience and a sad one. Is there an English customer support?
Any advise is Golden.

thanks for your pm. The installation should be done normally by you following the instructions. How long was the router permanently connected to the port?
If that doesn't work, we can have a free technician come to your location and install it for you.
