I have a red internet and phone 100 cable. It was not working for few days already. The third LED from the loan device keep blinking red and green. LAN and wifi both are not working.

the easiest thing to do is a reboot, did you already try that? Did you check if the cables are plugged in correctly and are undamaged? If yes, I'd like to check your modem. Send me your customer number along with your full address and date of birth. Use the private message for that and reply here again.

I'd like to send a technician to check your access on-site, if there is something wrong with your line or the modem he can fix that.
