in order to be able to help you quickly in case of a malfunction, it is helpful if you include the following information in your post:
- Which product do you have? (e.g. Internet + Phone 32)
- Which modem/ router do you use? (e.g. Hitron)
- Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device?
- What error occurs? (speed too slow; website not accessible etc.)
- Which browser do you normally use? (e.g. Firefox)
- What operating system do you have on your computer? (e.g. Windows)
- Start and duration of the fault (beginning of April, permanent)
