Cable connection not working

Hi,

Yesterday I got the new vodafone kable device.

As per manual I tried to do all the connections after the installation I am able to connect wifi but not able to access the internet.

In the router internet led is blinking red.

Could you please help me to fix this issue. I have tried many times to call vodafone customer care and online branch also, but didn't get the proper solution.
