My cable service began getting a bad signal, so I called Vodafone for a technician. The technician suggested I switch my service to use the GigaTV, so I ordered a new GigaTV box and hooked it up. Since then, my cable service has only gotten worse. On top of that, my wife tells me our internet service is gone bad also. She called Vodafone to get an appointment for a technician to return, and they tell her it will be almost 2 weeks before they can come. That's terrible! I never had problems such as this when I was with Kabel Deutschland, and only since coming to Vodafone has my service been so bad. I will switch as soon as possible because this is unacceptable.

what exactly do you mean by "worse"? Can you please tell us a little bit more?
