2 Mbit instead of 200 Mbit

Sorry that I am writing in English but my German is not so good.

I am Vodafone Kabel customer but my speed is 2 Mbit instead of 200 Mbit.

What can be the problem? Could you please help me?

Thank you for your help.

One expert came twice and finally fixed my connection in the meantime. He said the signal quality is as it is supposed to be. However when I do the speed test it still shows 20 Mbit/s.http://www.speedtest.net this is the website I am using. Additionally, the limit of speed in that website is somehow 100 Mbit/s in my computer -see attached file. Am I doing something wrong?

did you only use wifi? Can you look at a ethernet connection?

When I try it with ethernet connection, I get 88 mbit which still very far away what I am paying.

Hello GMA,

sounds like a 100Mbps connection, then is the speed ok. Check a 1Gbps connection.
