Sorry that I am writing in English but my German is not so good.
I am Vodafone Kabel customer but my speed is 2 Mbit instead of 200 Mbit.
What can be the problem? Could you please help me?

well, the modem isnt online, i cant figure out whats the problem. Did you didnt plug it in? Could you check the connection/cable?

Dear Tobias,
One technician visited me last week and improved the connection by improving the cable connection in my flat. However it is still 20 mbit instead of 200 mbit. The technician said this is about the connections in the other flats up to me, which means he should also check them.
He promised make an appointment again and i am waiting for them to call since last week Thursday.

Hi Wallace,
The technician couldn't reach the people therefore nothing is changed.
I did a speed test after he is checking my connection and cellar, now it is 6 mbit. After the first visit it was 20 mbit.
I don't know what to do next!
