Slow internet every evening

Hello!

I am using tarif for 200 MBits and I can get this speed only during late nights. I checked my router, drivers, adjusted router to use channels which nobody around me uses. So in the end at night (I guess it is rush hour) I get speed of 1-2 MBits and later at night around 100. So how can it be fixed because the actual speed is 100 time smaller than supposed.

I have found out that the degree of capacity utilization in your area is fairly high at certain times. That's why our technicians are extending the lines. They should be finished by the end of April.
