Bei einigen Kunden wird derzeit das gesparte Volumen über den Pass in der MeinVodafone App nicht angezeigt. Wichtig: Die Abrechung der Pass-Apps im Hintergrund ist davon nicht betroffen, es handelt sich lediglich um einen Anzeigefehler. Der Fehler wird aktuell untersucht - Updates gibts es hier.

Last night I subscribed to a monthly WLAN-Hotspot-Flat subscription under the impression that I can temporary use it until I get my home internet set up. Then when I realized that I need to wait a few days, I went on with the hourly ticket and realized that the speed is not what I want.
I wonder how can I cancel this subscription as well as any sorta planned installation (an email says so)? It's not yet in my contracts section of meinevodafone account.

you just booked the contract last night? In MeinVodafone it only appears when you have added it, but you need the contract data. These will still be sent to you.
You have now decided that you do not want to have the booked package after all?

Right, I booked the contract last night and I do want to cancel the package and avoid any sorta "installation" at my place as the email screenshot above suggests.

To answer my question here, you should submit a request to Vodafone including the customer number, "contract number" and personal information including firstname, lastname and address.
The request can be sent to an email to email@example.com, a phone call to 08002787000 or a letter posted to:
