Vodafone took money from my account

Dear, KabelDeutschland team,
I was asked to send the broken modem or otherwise I would have to pay 100 EUR.
I send it and it was delivered as i`ve checked it via DHL service. Though, a week after, 120 EUR were taken from my account.
So, I have not only payed for the delivery of the broken device, but also for "not sending it" even though it was delivered to you.
How can this problem be solved?

Hello AlekseyPrilipka,

seemingly the fee was demanded because the modem didn't arrive within the defined 14 days. It has been registered a few days after, so in that case we made an exception and credited the fee. So the 100€ will be set off with against the next bills, starting next month. Do you mind if I mark the topic as "solved"?

indeed Smiley (fröhlich). Unfortunately we cannot transfer the money directly to your bank account, but you will get it back through credit vouchers, so you have to pay less until the amount of the fee is consumed.
