Dear, KabelDeutschland team,
I was asked to send the broken modem or otherwise I would have to pay 100 EUR.
I send it and it was delivered as i`ve checked it via DHL service. Though, a week after, 120 EUR were taken from my account.
So, I have not only payed for the delivery of the broken device, but also for "not sending it" even though it was delivered to you.
How can this problem be solved?
