Hello Team,
I have a Vodafone mobile contract and on 12th of October 2018, I contacted the Vodafone customer service for my contract cancellation and I got to know that I have to send a written cancellation on a paper and I have to sign on it and to send the scanned copy to the "vodafone@kontakt.de" (I asked the member if it is @kontakt.com or @kontakt.de and she said to me as we are in Deutschland and so you have to send it to @kontakt.de)
I have sent the written cancellation paper by email as mentioned by the customer service and now my contracr got extended for 1 more year. I have been calling the Vodafone customer care for the last 2 months and I haven´t got any proper response from their end. When I go to a Vodafone store for my problem they suggest me that I have to call customer service and am wasting my time by calling you.
You can check for the last 2 months how many times I have called you and how much time I have invested in resoving the issue without any solution. If you are not going to cancel my contract then I would contact a lawyer and will approach Vodafone team. I will then ask for all my call recordings so that everyone can know how the vodafone team has responded to my queries and how they have diverted me.
Seeking for a fast and positive response atleast in this forum.
Thanks

The .de address is not even owned/operated by Vodafone. Not sure how and who would advise you to send anything like a cancellation there.
The proper way was, is and possibly will be the contact form. Simply because there you also get a reception receipt for your message. Right now you probably have no proof that you ever sent any kind of cancellation. Trying to intimidate your contractual partner with statements like

is hence rather not useful, as you have to prove that the cancellation was recewived by Vodafone in due time.

Regular calls to customer service are only recorded for training/quality assurance reasons (if at all). And I am not sure what you mean by "everyone can know". Publishing them anywhere witrhout written consent of all parties involved might constitute a crime under German Laws. So you better not take any such steps.
