I have taken a 2 year contract with you on December 27, 2019 for a Google Pixel 4XL but the phone wasn't available on that day. I was told by the agent that the mobile phone will be delivered on December 31, 2019 or on January 2, 2020.
The tracking number was sent to me by email and it was supposed to be sent via UPS. On January 2 it was scheduled for delivery but I didn't receive the phone. I emailed UPS today (1.7.2020) and they said that the parcel has missed its scheduled delivery and needs to be investigated where the shipment is. They said that only the shipper (Vodafone) should follow up from them so they can start the investigation.
