New Contracts were made without me asking for it

Here I come once more request some assistance.

I apologize for writing in English, unfortunately my german is not good enough

I went yesterday to a particular store just to pick my new contract package that had arrived there. I explained to the people there more than three times that I just wanted that: pick up a package.
They made me sit in a chair and speak with one guy, he asked for my id, asked me to sign something (in a electronic rectangular thingy, I've never saw what I was signing), and voila. They gave me the sim card and the cellphone separately. I found it a little odd because I expected a package, but didn't pay too much attention to it.

Later the same day I discovered that the guy at the store had made two more contracts in the addition to the ones I have already made! I've never asked for this, so I returned there to demand it to get cancelled.

When I got there, the person who serviced me was not there, I tried to speak with other people in the store, but with no avail. No one wanted to cancel those contracts

Now I'm returning to this store today to try and cancel this contract directly with the same guy who scammed me. (Sorry for this word, but doing something that I've never asked for looks like a scam for me). I always received the best service here in the online community, so that's why I'm writing here. Oh, one more thing, the new contracts are almost the double of the price of my original contracts, so makes no sense in keeping them.

I hope to get this figured out, but if I don't I'll really need a help from some moderator to get the physical store-made contracts from the 04.05.2018 cancelled.

In addition to what @Gelöschter User already mentioned - that's the second problem:

There is no right to cancel those contracts made in physical stores...

 

So you have to ask the store to cancel those contracts as you were not aware that you have got two additional contracts.

 

By the way: Did you receive anything (SIM / Devices) from those other contracts? If not, ask the store in written form to give you all the things that belong to your contracts - not that anyone else is using the contracts that you have to pay for.

Hello people. Thanks for your inputs.

So, I have not gotten one of the cellphone that was supposed to come with the contract that they mistakenly made for me. Should I get this device also? Even meaning that I have to pay the einmalpreis in the spot when doing so.

The problem itself is that they totally acted in bad faith. Not telling me a thing about what they were doing and just asking me to sign stuff.

When I go to the store I expect people to act in conformation with the company guidelines, but how naive of me. I guess in their eyes the customer doesn't have the preference at all.
