Vodafone gives the worst customer service I have seen. I had organised a house move with Vodafone, everything was planned, they sent me a message stating I should remain home from 12 to 1700 hrs for the appointment; guess the Technician never arrived. Vodafone charges 59 euros for another appointment. Will Vodafone now pay me 59 euros because they didnt keep their side of the promise...... on top of that still no internet at home. these guys are a joke

Have you tried setting up the router after that date? Maybe the technician could set up the line to your outlet without the need of going to your appartment - if they knew which line was connected to that outlet before.
