I can not log in into MeinKabel from Mobilfunk after joining contracts

Hello all,

I have both mobile and cable contract with Vodafone, and I thought joining them in the MeinVodafone webpage. Apparenty, it has not been a smart movement, since I now can not log and check my bills in Vodafone MeinKabel section (it stays refreshing the page forever). Does someone know how to fix this?

do you want to view your cable bill or your mobile phone bills?

 

What kind of error message do you get?

I want to check and track my cable bills and contracts, but every time I try to switch to those, the webpage just enters a loop of refreshing.

what kind of internet browser do you use? Have you ever deleted the cookies and the cache?

Hello Martin,

I use both Firefox and Chrome on Android and Windows. After deleting the browser cookies, history and cache from both browsers in both devices, I still do not get access to meinKabel bills and contract details. It enters a loop of constant refreshing.
