I took vodaphone Giga Cube for a month on 03.06.2017 and called within one month 27.06.2017

Dear Customer care,

 

I searched all day called customer care and searched for email but with no luck, I am getting billed from past two months even after termination of contract. 

 

Kindly request you to please help me.

 

I have all the necessary documents please help me to provide the same.

Hello Sir,

 

Thank you for your reply, I called on number 08002030337 on 30.08.2017 they said the my connection was closed within a month and they received the request with a delay.

 

They assured to raise an escillation with the concern authorities and if I dont hear anything from them until 2 weeks I can call them after that. Its been two weeks and I have not heard anything from them, will be calling them tomorrow to request for closing my account.
