Hello team,
My customer number XXXXX
My problem is that Vodafone has activated GigaTv Connect incorrectly and they have debited 71,27 Euro from my bank account.
I have never bought it myself or activated & also no TV in my home & get no such GigaTV device from Vodafone.
After many attempts, Vodafone has finally agreed and canceled this Alien TV contract on August 27 and it is completely closed.
However, I have not got my money back yet and still have no idea about others
I'm really tired, many times online without success and every time they have different answers.
I would say, very bad & bad organization that has done so many things and does not care about the customers who even deviate completely from Vodafone itself.
