Will you reduce price or i go to your conpetitor?

I am charged me too expensively..can you reduce price or i take O2 offer. 

I started as a loyal customer since arriving in Germany in 2016. On 06 September 2018 i downgraded to 32Mbps since the earlier was too expensive. But, even 32Mbps costs me 38.98€ / month currently, not inclusive of a separate Handphone prepaid with Vodafone (which I have downgraded due to being charge so much separately). I will still maintain callYa prepaid for now.

O2 is offering me 50 MBit/s for €9.99 + free FRITZ!Box monthly usage & no other extra charges. Only on 13th month onwards will be €19.99.

I am very sad for having paid such high price to Vodafone for 3 years+. Seems that being loyal costs me more ☹. Also, why are there 3 land lines numbers in my current contract, if I reduce to only one land line number, will it be cheaper?

Aber selbst 32 Mbit / s kosten mich derzeit 38,98 € / Monat, ohne ein separates Handphone, das mit Vodafone im Voraus bezahlt wurde (was ich herabgestuft habe, weil ich so viel separat berechnet habe). Ich werde callYa weiterhin im Voraus behalten.

O2 bietet mir 50 MBit / s für 9,99 € + kostenlose monatliche Nutzung der FRITZ! Box und keine weiteren Nebenkosten. Erst ab dem 13. Monat werden 19,99 € fällig.

Ich bin sehr traurig, dass ich Vodafone über 3 Jahre lang einen so hohen Preis gezahlt habe. Es scheint, als würde mich Treue mehr kosten ☹. Warum enthält mein aktueller Vertrag 3 Festnetznummern? Wenn ich nur eine Festnetznummer habe, ist das dann günstiger?

Hi Topaz,

the monthly costs were fixed from the beginning. The 3 phone numbers are included and therefore it doesn't change the price if we remove 2 of them. We can check if a change of the tariff is possible. Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.

As mentioned i so not want sicherheit packet.. Can the fritzbox be free of charge as well? Since i have been more than 3 years custoner

Hi Topaz,

the security package can be terminated. The box will be charged after 24 months, we cannot change that. We can't do anything about the price of the tariff either.
