What can I do in order to cancel my Kabel Deutscheland as I am moving away from Germany?

Hi, 

I would like to cancel my cable connection from Kabel Deutscheland  on 15th March 2019 since I am leaving Germany. I remember I have some special student treat that I can cancel one month in advance, but I am not very sure about it.

I would like to know the next steps and information on where to post. So I would like to terminate SEPA direct debit set for the purpose of the contract from then on.

the contract ends on 21.04.2019. Until then, therefore, must also be paid. You can transfer the complete amount.

Hello, everything was OK until yesterday, that I've got a transaction that 86.34 was deducted from my bank account , and I saw that the payment details state that " OTHR Sonst. Transakt 05/2019 Ihre Rechnung online bei www.vodafone.de/meinkabel" I'm confused and I cannot check what's in meinkabel because I'm not registered. Can you tell me what happened that you get 86.34 euroes from me? Thank you.
