I have the same problem as this other customer:

a TV contract was added without my consent more than a year ago to my internet contract, and I noticed it a month or 2 later only. I pay more than 30 euros per month for a TV contract while I did not sign anything and don't have a TV. I called, emailed, went in person to the shop several times, the only answer I had was always "as it is more than 2 weeks after your contract you can't stop it". But as I did not sign, I want to quit it and be reimbursed. I am getting in contact with a lawyer as apparently it's impossible to do anything through vodafone. Do you think there is any way to solve this fraud without getting to legal ways?

the colleagues in the Appeals Division have decided to terminate the contract immediately and to reimburse the fees. The contract is already terminated, but the refund can still take some time. Please be patient.

Hello Alice.

 

unfortunately you report yourself much too late here in the forum, so that I can do unfortunately nothing for you. The TV contract is from mid-October 2016 and my research showed that the first revocation by you took place at the end of March 2017. Unfortunately, this was too late because the deadline set for this was not met. You received the revocation instruction together with the devices that you sent back at the beginning of April 2017.

 

Since I cannot help you, I have passed your request on to the Complaints Department. I'm afraid I can't tell you how my colleagues will decide.

Hello Grit,

 

The problem is: I never signed a contract in the first place. Therefore all rules of vodafone for cancelling a contract are invalid in this case. The whole process is fraudulous. Moreover, I tried to cancel before by phone, but I have been told it was impossible because of the 14 days delay, even stating that I never signed a contract for a TV subscription.

 

I'm looking forward to see the answer of the Complaints Department. Thanks anyway for your time.

As an extra point: one of your employee in a vodafone shop told me that sending back the device I will cancel the contract, therefore I did. It obviously didn't work.
