Hey,
I moved abroad out of Germany and send a cancellation letter for my GigaKombi package (together with all equipment - Router, Cable box, etc.) to Vodafone in same package (Tracking number shows delivered).
In the online system, I can see that my service was cancelled, but I am still charged full amount. I also see that requipt of my equipment is not shown.
Can you please clarify?

Hey DCBosman,
the original termination was scheduled for 26.05.2020 Due to the move abroad I have adjusted the date to 27.01.2020 according to the telecommunication law. You will receive a new written confirmation by e-mail as soon as possible.

And just as an explaination:
The Telecommunication law requires you to pay for additional 3 months after moving to a location which your contract cannot be served as agreed upon (e.g. moving abroad). That 3 months start by the day you move - but the earliest by the day your cancellation request or movement notice is received.
