Unfortunately I don't know dutch ..When I call to vodafone customer care ,they are unable to speak English.. I take a new contract from March 2018 .From the day of contract ,my internet was not working..I took appointment for technical ,finally they said ,they can not fix that issue..From March till now I have no internet ,.Already technician visit my house more than 6 times ..Till no solution..Then I am regularly going to that vodafone office where I took the contract.but they also didn't help me.. Finally I want a solution ..Please help me to cancel my contract..Because every month I am paying ,still I have no internet...And no one give me solution ..Hope you understand my concern and resolve this issue as soon as possible..

Our technicians checked everything they could. However they need more information about the cables in your building. Have you already contacted the proprietor? We need his assistance.

Thanks for your reply. As already discussed on phone in the afternoon, I told you after my complain my house owner brought a technician with her to check the cable line..As per their report the building cable line have no issues. Again I asked for another technician visit for vodafone..The problem is vodafone technician is unable to identify the issue and My house owner is not going to entertain with more visit. If you want I can send the receipt the technician owner brought for checking..Despite of 4 or 5 visit of Technician ,the issue is not resolve .My house owner is not going to support ...So I have only one option to go for cancellations.so I request to initiate the cancellation process and guide me through..Hope you understand my situation ..I am facing the problem last 3 month..
