I would like to cancel my contract since I am leaving Dresden. I am currently subscribed to Internet from Kable Germany.
Could you please help with this?
Moreover, I have to return the cable router. Where should I send it?

Hello Sara_C,
if you're moving, just use our moving service. There you enter all the data we need and we will check whether we can continue to provide you at your new address.

Hi Sara_C,
the contract has a term. If you move, we have to check if the new address is in place and the contract moves with you. If you leave Germany, the contract can be terminated prematurely. Please give us some more information.
