Hello
I would like to cancel my contract as I left Germany and went back to France and I cannot use my gigacube here.
But I couldn't add my contract online as I did not found the registration number in the letter I received when I made the contract. I couldn't find the customer password either so I need help to be able to do it.
Could you help me please ?

let's see what we can do here for you. Please send me a private message with your customer or phone number of the GigaCube and if you don't know the customer password, I need your full name, adress and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN.
Do you have any confirmation that you left Germany? Would be helpful, if you would send a screenshot via pm. Thanks for your help.
