Moving out of Germany, Canceling my Internet contract

Hello,

I am sorry to write in English, my German isn't very good. I have moved out of Germany on 27th June and delivered to you Meldebestätigung from BürgerBüro to state that I have actually moved out of the country. I reveiced confirmation that my contract will end by 27.09.2018 and I need to send kabelrouter back to you after that. But as stated on Meldebestätigung I have moved already at 27.6.2018. I try to contact your customer service but was asked to contact you via this forum. Could you please help me with this and end my contract to the moving date? So I can also send the kabelrouter back to you 🙂

What is keeping you from sending the hardware back already now, since you do not live in Germany any more anyway?

The termination date in September is in full accordance with German Telecommunications Laws.  In return for the premature termination the provider has the right to charge its previous customer for three more months after the date of moving.
