I moved to Germany in 2017 and will move back to Denmark on 15 May 2019.
xxx l, your so-called vertriebspartner never informed about the termination terms and these are also not stated in your RGBs. You are now claiming that I should pay for Internet 3 months after I move out. I was never informed about these terms in the contract and I was also never guided to the paragraph 46 Abs. 8 Satz 3 TKG, which you are now referring to in the termination confirmation.
In my contract it says that I have 4 weeks notice, which is acceptable, but paying for 3 months extra is not fair.
xxxx also informs that it is considered a “special condition” if you leave the country and therefore you can always get out of contracts with Vodafone.
You trick people to sign complicated contracts with Vodafone with no chances of having correct advise in English. I find the entire customer experience deceiving, misleading and dishonest.

the terms and periods of notice for our contracts are stated in the order confirmation and the general terms and conditions, which you received in addition to your contract.
The regulation, according to which you pay for your contract three months after your move, was passed by the legislator also in the sense of the customer. Before this regulation, you would even have had to pay for the contract until the regular end of the contract, which could be many more months.
As the company language here is German, all documents are of course also provided in German. This is not a rip-off for our English-speaking customers, but simply standard here.

I realise that you are hiding behind some regulations and complicated law. This is why I consulted an English speaking "vertriebspartner" and he told me that you can always get out with one months notice if you leave the country.

the specific law isn't complicated. It even prevents the customer from having to pay more than three months for a contract even though he cannot use it.

Should I try to send my cable contract in Danish and then you can judge if it a bit complicated to understand? Still, it doesn't change the fact that I was misinformed about the terms by your "vertriebsparter" who has tricked many others to where I live. The others have just given up and paid.

as I mentioned earlier, this law serves to prevent customers from having to pay for the full contract period if they can no longer use the connection due to a move.
All other information about your contract, e.g. terms and notice periods, have been sent to you in writing.
Whether in Danish, German or English: unfortunately this does not change anything.

You can cancel the contract prematurely, but only with three months' notice.
