Letter to my home about new contract, this was not me!

Hello, 

I recieved a letter in the mail with:

my last name, wrong first name

wrong birth date

my bank information

my address

differentt Kundennummer

It has I have asked for a Kabel service, which I did not. What do I do?? Calling Kundenservice is not possible as I do not speak enough German for someone to understand and vice versa.
