Hello,
I am trying with this problem since more than one year. I wanted to install into my place Kabel Internet vodafone, when I received the router it was no working then I called the company and a technician came to my appartemnt.
The technician checked and told me that the service is not arriving to my appartment. In order to cancel the contract with kabel I just needed to send back the router and I did so.
Furhtermore I send though the portal my intention to cancel the kabel contract. After a month vodafone started to charge me money for a contract calll Kabel giga tv app, which is something that I did not ask, I contract that I have never sign and a service that I have never use! . Vodafone tool for my bank account 70 euro the total of 7 months, until I said to my bank to no pay anymore, I was trying for 7 month to solve this problem and the company never answer amd was ignoring me, no answering to my form request.
Now vodafone wants that I pay 200 euro for a contract and a service that I have never ask neither use!
i want my money back and that you stop to send me letter to pay for something that I have never use!

GigaTV has nothing to do with your internet contract.
GigaTV is a [separate] TV contract - so your cancellation for internet has nothing to with the TV part!
Same for the GigaTV app...

I say exactly the same! iit has nothing to do, however when and I asked for Kabel internet and you automatically make another contract for giga tv app! I
I have NEVER ask for that application, never asked for that contract and never used and never GAVE MY BANK ACCOUNT data for it! It is not transparent and it kind of fraud!

The question is not if you asked for it, but if you signed a contract for it...
As long as there is a second contract for Cable TV / GigaTV / GigaTV App, this is not automatically closed if the Internet contract cannot be fullfilled. Please check the paperwork ("Auftragsbestätigung") you got.

Sorry, but I am afraid that I'm not allowed to do that. If you need assistance in that special case, you will have to ask a lawyer...
Maybe you can wait for a mod here to have a look into your contracts and tell you why you are charged - but I doubt that they can simply end the contract...

Thanks for the suggestion, it is what I prefer to do, I will go to a lawyer and pay him for the honest work, instead to give dirty money to a company that make contracts without agreement and then empleyees are not allowed to help the "forced costumer" ...

Please be aware that this is a moderated customers-help-customers forum.
I'm neither an employee nor anyhow affliated with Vodafone - I'm only a "usual" customer.
But due to German law regulations, only lawyers (and other persons that have adequate qualifications) might help you in such questions. "Normal" people without those qualifications are not allowed to help in such cases.
