Hi Vodafone Team,
I have a question in regards to cancleleation of my Kabel contract . I have called and email to Vodafone several times but there was no response from your side. This is not good service provided by you. I am currentky not living in Germany and not using Interent service since dec 2018 but my bill is still getting generated and my amount is deducted from my bank account.
Could you please check this issue on priorty and cancel my contract immediately and get amy amount refunded.
