Hello Vodafone,
I would like to activate WLAN to my Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable contract.
I am unable to get through to an english speaking Hotline to help me with this.
Its really a pain for customers who are not fluent in German.
It has already been more than 15days since I have received my router and activated my Kabel internet but I am still not able to use it.
Does vodofone have a english speaking hotline that can help with this request?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

if the connection is activated, you can use the internet. Such options a WLAN can be ordered online via the customer portal.
